With over 10 years of experience as a financial counsellor, Daniela has worked extensively across South Australia and Queensland, supporting individuals facing financial hardship. In 2017, Daniela became Queensland’s first specialist DFV financial counsellor dedicated to addressing financial abuse.
Currently, Daniela serves as a senior financial counsellor at the Financial Abuse Prevention Unit within Women’s Legal Service Queensland. In this role, she provides critical support and advocacy for individuals experiencing financial abuse, helping them regain control over their financial well-being and navigate complex financial systems.
Passionate about financial empowerment and systemic change, Daniela continues to work towards raising awareness and ensuring that survivors of financial abuse have the resources and support they need to rebuild their lives.
