Conrad has worked as Sector Development Officer for FCAQ since 2023 having previously been employed as an accredited financial counsellor and capability worker in the sector for over 8 years. Since attaining his bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Conrad has dedicated himself as an advocate for youth mental health and social justice, working to create positive change by empowering marginalised individuals and communities through years of grass roots community program development and facilitation.
Driven by a strong belief in the power of community service, Conrad has worked for numerous not for profit organisations to address systemic issues impacting children, adolescents, CALD, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and more recently those impacted by financial hardship. Conrad is passionate about supporting our FCAQ members to achieve their professional goals and advocating for systemic and policy change to lead financial services toward to more equitable and compassionate client outcomes.
